Prior to yesterday's OUTSTANDING (pat/pat) Thanksgiving Feast at the Taylor house, I found myself wandering around, aimlessly looking for onions in a jar....found that, fried onions for the green been casserole, got it.....and looking for the few spices that I had to have to complete the feast! I will say, thank you McCormick for putting your display in alphabetical order! Now.....
What do I do with Dry Mustard, Cream of Tartar and Cumin??????!!!!!!! The suggestion from my oldest....just Google receipes that call for these spices! Good thinkin'....but what's my deadline? How long do spices really last? I found parsley from 2007 in my cabinet! Sigh!
On the bright side, the Cumin is needed this weekend for the Cauliflower Mac and Cheese Cassrole! Now, what to do with the dozen other ones?!?!?! www.google.com, here I come :)
