OK Yes, many CARING fans along about this time, always remind me it's time to go to bed. truth is, I have a very hard time sleeping a LOT of the time. Yes, I've tried the Melatonin, the camomille tea, pretty much everything. I dont take pills of any sort, so its hit or miss. some nights I hit the pillow and am asleep within a few mins. I stay up until I feel tired enough to doze off. If I go in and try to force myself to fall asleep, I lay there watching the minutes tick by right to the Alarm going off at 2;45am. So, I really appreciate your concern, but I'll be OK, I promise.
