I just wanna send out a mass message to all my fans. Literally 700+ messages since 7am, all looking like big thanks for Jimmy Holberts tribute/dedication on my radio show this morning. As most of u know, I'm not your average radio DJ. I'm not perfect by any means, but I know I can say I have a special connection with most of you. All I did today was speak from the heart, and try to comfort those who lost a son/friend. I honestly had to replay the segment to hear it all, as what words came out were not from the brain as a broadcaster, but from the heart as someone who felt the pain of thousands of others. While I appreciate all the THANK YOUS, I feel I need to thank each and every one of you. You know my name, you know my voice, you choose my radio station, WRWD, to listen to every morning. You are all without a doubt, the kindest, most heartfelt, LOYAL, BEST 100,000+ fans any Disc Jockey could ever ask for. I mean that. So, thank YOU for seeing the good in what I do on the air with you every morning, it's truly a pleasure to wake up early and try to entertain you every morning.
