Following these instructions will ensure your closing/cancellation/delay is posted and read on the following radio stations: Country 107.3 & 99.3FM WRWD, LITE 92-1 FM, ROCK 93.3, 96.1 KISSFM, 1450 WKIP-AM.

Please follow these instructions to sign up for an account.
Once you sign up you’ll be given instructions on how to quickly and efficiently notify us of your closings or delay.

PLEASE WRITE DOWN YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD & KEEP SOMEWHERE ON FILE.
We have provided a spot for you on the next page to keep your username and password handy.

Instructions to Register:

1. Click on ‘Register’ at the top or Type 'Register' into the keyword box and click ‘GO’.
2. Click on “Sign Up and Add Your Organization.”
3. Under the Registration section (on the bottom of the page), fill in all the necessary information.
4. Click “Submit” after all of your information has been entered.

Once you have submitted your registration information, your information will be reviewed by radio station personnel. When you account has been approved you’ll receive an email notifying you.

How to Post Your Closing, Cancellation or Delay

Create a Username and Password

(Make sure your username and password are guarded safely)

How to Post Your Closing or Delay:

1. Under “Establishment Login”, enter your username and password.
2. Then click “Login”.
3. Under the Navigation Section, click on “Update Closings List”.
4. Then click on “New Closing”.
5. Navigate to the dropdown menu and select the status of your closing, the date of your closing, and select the number of days your school will be closed.
6. When you are finished making your selections, click on the “Create” button.

You may then click the closings button at the top of the page to see how your closings will be displayed on all of our radio stations’ websites.

If you need to make a change to your closing, such as a delay becoming a cancellation or afternoon classes being cancelled etc., you may click the “Modify” button under ‘New Closing’. Then make the necessary changes and click “Update”.
